February 19 and March 20 and is ruled by the
planet Neptune, with the element of water.
These people generally have a gentle,
patient nature being friendly, kind and
sensitive. They are usually popular because
of their outgoing nature that does not pose
a threat to stronger personalities that they
come in contact with. Rather than try and
change people or circumstances, they tend to
adapt to suit the situation they find
themselves in. Rather than look for a
solution to a problem, they prefer to wait
for the situation or problem to work itself
out or for someone else to find a solution.
